Motivation

Motivation comes from internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to something.

Motivation can be conscious or unconscious and comes from having a desire or need to fulfill something. It can come from having expectations from others or from ones self, and lastly, it can come through REWARDS and INCENTIVES.
