Melon Skewers

Melon Skewers – By Lindsey Welsh

Servings:  10 Skewers


  • 10 – Small Skewer Stick
  • 3 – One Inch Slices Keto Bread (10 cubes)
  • 10 – Pieces of Cubed Cantaloupe
  • 10 – Mini Mozzarella Balls
  • 10 – Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Balsamic Glaze (Optional)


Take a skewer stick and then add and assemble each component. I typically start with the keto bread, then add the mozzarella ball, basil leaf (folded), and then the cantaloupe. Add the balsamic glaze as light or as heavy and you like, or not at all. To decrease sugar, carbohydrates, and calories, eliminate the balsamic glaze option.
